Im proud. Today I have passed 7 healthy days by eaten more fruit and vegetables, then ever ( and I was eaten a lot before), This can only be beneficial, reducing the risk of cancer, and helping to preserve brain function. How full packed arent these veggies of protective antioxidants (as are herbs and spices). Try a mexican salad for lunch. I did today. Pepperoni in all colours, and the usual ingredience that loves to fill up my plate.
After the beach yesterday we passed an amazing veggie shop. How I could love to live nearby this one. Imagine that all these veggies are from local farmers.
Look after your appearance
I surely do, and the advent of Botox – expensive, painful and addictive – is not going to help us age….. yeah, its not the best thing to put all these toxins into our bodies, I guess. But in everything I do, Im very black or white. So, if I try to NOT using aluminum pan when Im cooking ( sorry; I meant Leonardo) and stop using creams, deodorant with, what I think is NOT good for example, aluminum I can do some botox twice per year….hihihi. Either this, or either that = Vero thoughts.
If we ” give in” and let ourselves show our age, we are letting ourselves down, many of us is thinking. On the other hand, if there is a visible sign of age, whether its grey hairs or yellow teeth, that makes us feel bad because we no longer look like ourselves. Maybe fixing it can help us feel better about ageing. I think its up to everyone what we wants to do, or what we dont want to do.
I dont saying to some of my friends that is NOT using BOTOX 😉 , to start to do because they are looking sooo sooo sad and have wrinkles. A funny thing that is NOT forbidden to say to those ones who is using it, IS: ” STOP, because you are ruining yourself (?). ” Are you following me? It is approximately same if someone is too thin. No one says to people that has too much weight: ” You should lose pounds, because you doesnt look so nicey nicey.” Though its very funny that it seems ok, to say to thin people: ” Oh, my god, you are toooooo way thin now, you need to eat, otherwise you die! ” Can this only be envy? Or what is the point?
Knowing that there is a ”cure” for the facial signs of ageing is cheating, but also deeply invidious. The fact that it’s there means we feel we should use it.

Since we all know that the skin is the largest organ in the body, it is also important to nourish it from the inside and out. Love avocado, oatmeal and citrus fruits. Another great skin booster is tabbouleh which often contains parsley – an amazing medicinal herb, delightful to the taste and agreeable to the stomach. It is a very versatile plant and helps the body to regain health. The root contains calcium, B-complex vitamins and iron. It is a source of magnesium, calcium and potassium. Parsley is high in vitamin A, beta-carotene and vitamin C and a good choice for bone health with vitamin K.
