Its all about thinking smarty, and we can all do it. When we are standing there facing that fantastic table with dingling happy smiling food, that secretly whispering in your brain, eat me, feed yourself with me. You have options. Do it like the italian ladies.

Im a sucker for vino rosso that is usually higher in calories than white because it tends to be more alcohol, but be careful so your bartender not bringing you a sweet white wine – then you and I are equal in calories 🙂 and whatever you do, dont be fooled into thinking that Champagne is a low-calorie option, as it’s often one of the highest.

Calorie values:

Red – 70cal/1ooml

Rosé – 65cal/100ml

Sweet white -90cal/100ml

Champagne – 120 cal/100ml

I know that we swedes are great to drinki drinki a nice glass of champagne, maybe it bringing your dance vibes up. Me prefer vino rosso. I dance anyhow:) !

Naughty stuff:

Choose sorbet over frozen yoghurt. The youghurt per 60g scoop has 160 cal, instead of sorbet that has 90 cal. Avoid always these coated breadcrumbs, as it will have been fried… and if I see someone drinking sodas as coca-cola, fanta or other sweet soft drinks, I could nearly die. Its like to drink sugarbombs.

One tip, if you dont want to fall into eating chips, peanuts, candy, its 3 things to DO, always staying around people talking, and you hold your camera in one hand, and the other your vino rosso, I do it and it works all fine for me…

Or you hold a shopping bag.
