My body has gravings for green.

Eaty eaty healthiest, chose the rainbow of food. I think you all know that each colour from fruit or veggie, as we can say their ” pigments” gives us different antioxidants, neutralising cell- damaging molecules called free radicals, that can help us prevent from heart desease and sight problems.

Ive understood that I prefer green not only in clothes and makeup. I eaty mostly green veggie.  Fruit can be hard if its green …hahah … I like green apple NOT red, though. You know what? Green veggies is for your inner sight mostly.

Green veggies is loaded with antioxidants lutein, so I get filled up with calcium, iron and folate that is important for female health. What do I eat? Asparagus, kiwi, brocoli, 4 times per week I chose fresh spinach instead of other salad leafes, peas for my meatballs, and I adore avocado. GREEN IT IS !

I like orange/yellow also. You know what? Its for prevent the cold – grapefruit, carrots always 2 every day, pineapple( not so much, lots of sugar) and pumpkin soup now in autumn is rarely popular dish in Italy. C-vitamin is ready steady with something yellow.

Iam sempre sempre eaty everything RAW. I need the vitamins. When I was sick, last time? I dont know.
