Me and Colette at NYE, gathered long motivated postive thoughts for 2013.
I can just go to myself how much social networks inspires me, and giving me influences that you want, or that you just dont want. Me, I ”like” to be inspired of pshycological wisdom words, or fancy adorable pictures. This give me a vibe. Someone maybe loves to get tips from food-champions in the kitchen. That I couldnt care less of. Take advantage by networking. How luck you are that can grab some tip from me about makeup, and healthy caring stuff.
1. Have you started with your weekly steamy bath for your face? Put 2drops of eucalyptus essential oil in the hot water. It cleanses your skin from the inside, and toxing you up and down.
2. Eat at least one whole big fennel per day, raw. This increases your metabolism. Trust me.
I keep up my social network mostly for my friends. One truly thing is to have the opportunity to meet them for real, even if they live far away. Then, I can get motivated eye to eye, and so can they. Always keep your mind wide open.
