Power of emotional intelligence.

Positive thinking, works. Sometimes its not that easy especially when people around you working the opposite way – How much of these times, I wish I had earplugs, blindfold and the phone far away from me.Practise and practise. I was in the car going to the hospital writing positive things, like how to impress people in a positive way. What you think about this actions?

Smile, people who smile are viewed as being warmer and friendlier individuals.Be easy to impress, or to make laugh and smile, because others also worry about how people see them. If they think that they are succeeding, then they will like you even more.

Show interest and liking through your use of body language. Face the person, look them in the eye when you are talking, and show you are friendly using your open body language (uncrossed arms and legs etc.)

Remember the power of transfer traits – Basically, means that if you say nice things about other people, they assume you will say nice things about them, too … Or if you criticise others, then you will criticise them, too.

Make fun at yourself – It makes you seem more human and approachable. Remember the power of emotional intelligence – For me that has meanings of that others tend to pick up the emotions we project.

So, if you seem laid back, warm, happy and relaxed then those you are with will start to feel the same way, too. Its so easy as I have written but so hard to handle it in reality, if you have been ”bitched” out from some not-nice-people 🙁

Remember the name and few basic facts about the person you are talking to –  Such as their job, college major, favourite hobby, favourite food, places they have been to or awards they have received. Ask again after the name, excuse yourself if u didnt catch.it.
