Have you heard about that woman who ” have it all” – perfect family, perfect husband, perfect job and a body amazing. The kids are also one of a kind. You meet her everywhere. You compare yourself with her once in awhile or often. Dont do.it – She dont exist!<\/strong><\/p>\n

There are so many expectations around us women today so if you are not in somehow strong enough your self-confidence is lacking bad. Its standards for everything that ”someone” has made up for us women. And who is ”someone”? Some say the men. I think it is ourselves.<\/p>\n

We have plenty of standards that we want to be ”perfetto\u00a0”\u00a0<\/strong>in – Beauty standard. Marriage standard. Motherhood standard. Friend standard. Homemaker standard. Work standard. Emotional-top standards.<\/p>\n

I would like to look like Sofia Loren. ”Come on, just give me her perfect nose or her thick olive-hair”!<\/em><\/p>\n

And what about this stress regarding stay youth or to become an oldie. A woman gets better, happier and more beautiful with experiences in life. The paradoxal thing is that we all getting oldies, even the men \ud83d\ude42 and we cant change partners like small panties now and then. Someone do. They are not more happier then the ones who stick together in a life time. I dont believe. Happiness comes and goes. Sadness comes and goes. Just find someone that are there for you when the ships are done.<\/p>\n

Angelina and her Maddox(first kid) – She needed a good father for her kid (today kidssssss) ! Why? She had understood that her grown up period, something was missing her….Now she brings it back !<\/em><\/p>\n

What we<\/em> need to do, because there are no catwomen, santa-clauswomen or wonderwomen out there. We <\/em>need to admit for ourselves in trust honesty and self-respect that we know what its truly best for us. Stop doing comparisons with other women.<\/p>\n

You are most kind to yourself when you have reached your inner sight point of view in life and starting to LIVE<\/strong> your life in that way. The way that is best for you<\/em>.<\/p>\n

To the women that feel envy or hate others, try at least to be nice – Read above! Be always kind even if you <\/em>are the one who has problem. Jealousy, hate & envy can never be someone elses fault. You are not fake, you just try your best \ud83d\ude42 \u00a0Go back to yourself and start all over again. One day you reach the point.
