Perhaps your relations with some particular persons, family, friends or partner is simply something you ” slid into ”. They really doesnt make you as happy as you prefer, but you feel it will cost you and others too much pain to acknowledge this… Why are you not worth all that best? We can not clone ourselves yet \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

When we finally free our true selves I believe others recognise it and respond to it. I started 2years ago to make my report in my life.<\/p>\n

Check on how you feel about your life right now, and write down all the feelings. For me it was frustration, scary thoughts and loneliness. Maybe for you ” trapped ” ” anger” and so on…. Move on and write down key aspects for the future.<\/p>\n

Whish conversations is good for you? I ask often myself; ” Who is going with me?” ” Where am I going?” I havent yet figured out totally everything – Its a working process.<\/p>\n

But as social media is taking over our planet ( I really like.it but in the other hand it gets me scared about.it) we have lost the true art of a meaningful communication. At least in my home country Sweden, my personally opinion ( yeah, its still my own blog…hihihi).<\/p>\n

Comparisson living in Italy we still have habits that we meet all people outside our comfortable zone of house. Everyone can join in – old ones, young ones, children, parents and friends. One big happy family. The italians not often invite ppl home to their houses like swedes are.<\/p>\n

So, by doing this you are free from ipads, computers for at least awhile – my Blackberry never leave my eyes so very often \ud83d\ude41 whish is too bad regarding to be totally present with others…..<\/p>\n
