It makes\u00a0 the pasta slippery and unable to &#8221;hold&#8221; the sauce well.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>* Do not cover the pot\u00a0 when cooking pasta.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>*Do make sure the salt is properly dissolved before throwing the pasta into the water.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>* Do drain the pasta well: it should be moist, not dripping wet.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>* Do not rinse the pasta after cooking, unless it is for a cold salad.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>* Do not swamp the pasta with too much sauce ( a reminder to lots of Swedish ppl who loves sauces) , you need to be able to taste the pasta as well&#8230;. Here pasta is a cultural thing.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>* Do add a little of the pasta cooking water to your sauce if its a little on the dry side.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>* Do practise eating your pasta the Italian way. Using only a fork.
