I eaty mostly green veggie. \u00a0Fruit can be hard if its green &#8230;hahah &#8230; I like green apple NOT red, though. You know what? <strong>Green veggies<\/strong> is for your inner sight mostly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Green veggies<\/strong> is loaded with antioxidants <em>lutein<\/em>, so I get filled up with calcium, iron and folate that is important for female health. <strong>What do I eat?<\/strong> Asparagus, kiwi, brocoli, 4 times per week I chose fresh spinach instead of other salad leafes, peas for my meatballs, and I adore avocado. <strong>GREEN IT IS<\/strong> !<\/p>\n<p><strong>I like orange\/yellow<\/strong> also. You know what? Its for prevent the cold &#8211; grapefruit, carrots always 2 every day, pineapple( not so much, lots of sugar) and pumpkin soup now in autumn is rarely popular dish in Italy. C-vitamin is ready steady with something yellow.<\/p>\n<p>Iam sempre sempre eaty everything <strong>RAW<\/strong>.
