Han anser att lite eftermiddags <strong>pilates<\/strong>, samt uppvackning<em> superdonna<\/em> skall gora underverk for att bibehalla mina langa smala muskler, och giva mig mera styrka. &amp; visst kanner jag skillnad pa dessa 3 veckor. Det dar knastrandet langs fotknolarna nar jag vrider pa mina fotter har forsvunnit&#8230;. Hahah. Nu hors aven bara lite grus-knaster i knaskalarna, oxa&#8230; &#8221; Amazing Verolina&#8221;&#8230;snart ar jag ljudlos, forutom det som kommer ut fran min kaft, och det ar jakligt mycket snackelisnack !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Kolla in min matlada i mixern?!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Juice aftergym.<\/strong> Tastes like rainbows! Natuttvis massa snygga traningsklader oxa, man kanner sig genast mycket piggare bara att fa pa sig ett par schyssta pantalonisar. Nu sa har jag borjat eftermiddags<em> squeeza<\/em> <strong>3 set x 15-20<\/strong>, beroende pa hur tjusig <strong>DU<\/strong> vill bli. Detta gor jag saklart i passionens walk-in-his-closet \ud83d\ude42 !
