Jag m\u00e5r hur bra som helst f\u00f6r tillf\u00e4llet tack vare det h\u00e4r, dock m\u00e5ste jag nog sova mer och minska p\u00e5 alla pk och redbull hehe&#8230;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em><strong>Keep the junk food out of sight and out of mind.<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em>Take some time to clean out your kitchen. Throw away all of the junk food, sweets, soda and other unhealthy\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/laurenconrad.com\/blog\/post\/slim-tip-how-to-curb-sugar-cravings\" target=\"_blank\">temptations<\/a>\u00a0that you may have bought in a time of weakness (yep, that includes that buttery microwavable popcorn too). If you aren\u2019t seeing these temptations on a daily basis, you will have an easier time forgetting that you were craving them in the first place.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Trick your mind into thinking you\u2019re eating more.<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em>Using smaller plates and bowls will create the illusion that you are actually eating a larger\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.laurenconrad.com\/post\/shape-up-portion-control-lauren-conrad-diet-tips\" target=\"_blank\">portion of food<\/a>than you really are. If you\u2019re cooking dinner that you\u2019re going to eat for leftovers the rest of the week, it\u2019s easy to serve yourself a larger portion than you need. Use miniature flatware and you will feel satisfied by a smaller amount.\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Drink water when you think you\u2019re hungry.<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em>If you sense a feeling of hunger in between meals and start craving a snack, try sipping on water first. You will be surprised how much a glass of H20 can satisfy you. And afterweards, if you feel hydrated but you\u2019re still hungry, you\u2019ll know for certain that you need a snack. Just make sure to pick a healthy option that has some protein, like one of\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.laurenconrad.com\/post\/slim-tip-surviving-the-snack-attack\" target=\"_blank\">these<\/a>.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Don\u2019t eat until you\u2019re stuffed.<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em>According to\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.livestrong.com\/slideshow\/1001780-28-eating-secrets-lose-weight-and-save-money-too\/#slide-8\" target=\"_blank\">Livestrong<\/a>, there is an old Japanse expression that means eat until you\u2019re 80% full: \u201cHara hachi bu.\u201d Sticking to this phrase is a great way to start slimming down. Eat slower, take smaller bites, and make sure you are focusing on eating instead of getting distracted by your computer or TV. You will eventually \u201ctrain\u201d your stomach into only needing smaller portions of food, and you will feel lighter after every meal.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Avoid emotional eating and take a hike.<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em>How many times have you sat on the couch and thought, \u201cI\u2019m hungry\u201d when really you\u2019re just bored? I\u2019ve definitely been guilty of it before. Any time you feel bored, stressed or angry, avoid heading into the kitchen. Instead, just\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.laurenconrad.com\/post\/shape-up-walk-the-block-easy-workout-fitness-tips-2012\" target=\"_blank\">take a walk<\/a>.
