Meningen var d\u00e5 att tr\u00e4na &#8221;l\u00e4tt&#8221;, men jag kan inte h\u00e5lla mig \ud83d\ude09 Kom till gymet ig\u00e5r efter l\u00e5ngt juluppeh\u00e5ll och k\u00e4nde mig fit for fight. Trodde jag tappat mycket efter att ha varit d\u00e4rifr\u00e5n ett tag men orkade mer \u00e4n jag trodde&#8230;. Det g\u00e4ller att inte ta ut sig nu i b\u00f6rjan (vilket jag alltid har en tendens att g\u00f6ra) Blir s\u00e5 taggad och k\u00f6r stenh\u00e5rt \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Men i vilket fall&#8230; Har k\u00f6rt lite tyngre tr\u00e4ning \u00e4n jag skulle f\u00f6r jag S\u00c5 g\u00e4rna vill \ud83d\ude42 S\u00e5 l\u00e4gger till lite mer <em>proteink\u00e4llor<\/em> i kosten, s\u00e5 f\u00e5r jag se hur det g\u00e5r&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Idag k\u00f6rde jag <em>cykel\u00a0<\/em>i trettio minuter- intensivt pass i trettio minuter d\u00e4r jag tr\u00e4nade <em>biceps<\/em>, <em>triceps<\/em>, <em>axlar<\/em>, <em>br\u00f6st<\/em>&#8211; \u00a0egen tr\u00e4ning av <em>mage<\/em> och <em>rumpa<\/em>&#8230; Har lovat att k\u00f6ra <em>squash<\/em> senare ikv\u00e4ll ocks\u00e5&#8230; Jag kommer f\u00e5 <em>dyngsp\u00f6<\/em> \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 h\u00e4r har min kost sett ut de senaste dagarna&#8230; Mycket frukt, gr\u00f6nt och fisk \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><em>Ovan: Mammas supergoda panerade torsk med broccoli.
