Det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt, men vill verkligen k\u00e4nna mig fin i sommar och jag vill verkligen kunna best\u00e4mma mig f\u00f6r n\u00e5got och klara det, f\u00f6r min egen skull! \u00c4r sjukt sugen p\u00e5 popcorn dock, det brukar jag alltid \u00e4ta p\u00e5 l\u00f6rdagar. men n\u00e5gra veckor utan borde man ju klara, fast man vill ju ofta ha det man inte f\u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r \u00e4r en liten lista man kan f\u00f6lja..<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gr\u00f6nt ljus \u2013 \u00e4t s\u00e5 mycket du vill av dessa livsmedel:<\/strong><br \/>\nF\u00e5gel, fisk, skaldjur, k\u00f6tt, \u00e4gg, olivolja, rapsolja, valn\u00f6tsolja, solrosolja, linfr\u00f6olja, aioli, majonn\u00e4s, oliver, avokado, n\u00f6tter, fr\u00f6n, lagrade ostar (30 %), Philadelphiaost, Mozzarellaost, Halloumi, Fetaost, dessertostar, gr\u00e4dde, cr\u00e8me fraiche, alla salladssorter, paprika, selleri, gurka, f\u00e4nk\u00e5l, groddar, r\u00e4disa, sparris, broccoli, blomk\u00e5l, socker\u00e4rtor, aubergine, squash, spenat, haricots verts, brysselk\u00e5l, tomat, vitk\u00e5l<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gult ljus \u2013 \u00e4t ibland, men inte alltf\u00f6r ofta:<\/strong><br \/>\nFrukt, torkad frukt, linser, b\u00f6nor, quinoa, dinkel, m\u00f6rk choklad (70 % kakaohalt), bulgur, r\u00e5ris, mor\u00f6tter (helst r\u00e5a), helkornsbr\u00f6d, fiberhavregryn, fullkornspasta<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00f6tt ljus \u2013 dessa livsmedel b\u00f6r du undvika:<\/strong><br \/>\nPotatis, vitt ris, pasta, couscous, br\u00f6d, hamburgare, pizza, vetemj\u00f6l, godis, kakor, bullar, chips, saft, l\u00e4sk, fruktyoghurt, frukostflingor<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Allts\u00e5 socker, det \u00e4r fan socker i mycket mer \u00e4n man tror.
