Salad with crab sticks with Chinese cabbage
ingredients:
450 g of crab sticks
5-6 leaves of Chinese cabbage
1 long cucumber
400 g canned corn
4 eggs
1 bunch of fresh dill
1 bunch green onions
mayonnaise to taste
salt to taste
Preparation:
1 Prepare the ingredients: eggs hard-boiled, drain the corn, wash and rinse the greens and vegetables.
2 Finely chop the Chinese cabbage, place in a large bowl and season with salt and set aside.
3 Cut the cucumber into cubes (if the skin is tough – remove it) and add to the salad bowl.
4 Peel and chop the eggs, add to the salad bowl.
5 Add the corn.
5 Cut the crab sticks into small pieces and add to salad bowl well.
6 Add the chopped onions and chopped dill.
7 All mix, season with mayonnaise and serve.
