K\u00f6p m\u00f6rkt br\u00f6d.<\/p>\n<p>Mellis: \u00c4gg med kaviar eller kvarg med frukt. ELLER bara en banana eller \u00e4pple eller ja, FRUKT.<\/p>\n<p>Lunch: Fisk\/kyckling\/k\u00f6tt och sallad.
