Jag hann \u00e4ven tr\u00e4na en stund ocks\u00e5, typ 20 min p\u00e5 springbandet. Det tog ganska mycket i efterhand k\u00e4nner jag och det \u00e4r ju bra som en liten mjukstart. N\u00e4sta g\u00e5ng jag ska dit s\u00e5 ska jag g\u00e5 p\u00e5 n\u00e5gon grupptr\u00e4ning, det finns massor av olika sorters tr\u00e4ningar. Som t.ex. dansa till musiken, typ som vattengympa fast mer intensivare, cykla, yoga, sen kan man l\u00e4ra sig karate och sj\u00e4lvf\u00f6rsvarstekniker vilket jag ser som en stor m\u00f6jlighet. Vad kan vara b\u00e4ttre att veta f\u00f6r en tjej \u00e4n sj\u00e4lvf\u00f6rsvar? Inget skulle jag kunna gissa p\u00e5. \ud83d\ude09 T\u00e4nk vad kul att kunna!<\/p>\n<p>Jag \u00e4r verkligen otroligt taggad p\u00e5 att \u00e5ka till gymmet igen men jag kommer tyv\u00e4rr inte kunna g\u00f6ra det f\u00f6rens om en vecka d\u00e5 jag har kommit hem fr\u00e5n Stockholm.
