F\u00f6r det f\u00f6rsta s\u00e5 tycker jag att man ska kl\u00e4 sig i bekv\u00e4ma kl\u00e4der, det du v\u00e4ljer att ha p\u00e5 benen m\u00e5ste dock vara tajt eftersom Pilates inneh\u00e5ller en del ben r\u00f6relser och man vill inte att sina mjukisar ska fastna i varandra under dom \ud83d\ude09 Ett par tights och en t-shirt\/linne f\u00f6resl\u00e5r jag! Jag hade faktiskt samma tr\u00f6ja som jag hade ig\u00e5r d\u00e5 jag gjorde Pilates, kanske l\u00e5ter \u00e4ckligt men man blir knappt svettig under detta pass. Dock tar det riktigt mycket och man ser resultat snabbt! <\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 dessa bilder har jag faktiskt ett par jeans tights. Eftersom jeans tights \u00e4r s\u00e5 fruktansv\u00e4rt ute brukar jag nu f\u00f6r tiden anv\u00e4nda mina som jag samlat p\u00e5 mig f\u00f6r saker som att springa \u00e4renden och tr\u00e4na&#8230; Och tro mig, jag har m\u00e5nga jeans tights. Kommer ni ih\u00e5g f\u00f6r n\u00e5gra \u00e5r sedan d\u00e5 alla hade minst 3 par? \ud83d\ude09 De \u00e4r fr\u00e5n Bik Bok just dessa, tr\u00f6ja var faktiskt ganska s\u00e5 dyr. K\u00f6pte den p\u00e5 Nelly f\u00f6r ett tag sedan f\u00f6r n\u00e5gra hundra, dock tycker jag inte om den bl\u00e5a f\u00e4rgen s\u00e5 jag brukar sova eller tr\u00e4na i den haha!
