Hur fint som helst och det var super kul! Tr\u00e4ffade tjejerna bakom http:\/\/fitnessinspiration.webblogg.se, Hanna som d\u00e5 \u00e4r en av dom som driver bloggen \u00e4r en gammal klasskompis till mig! Det var riktigt kul! \ud83d\ude42 Har enorm tr\u00e4ningsverk sen g\u00e5rdagens tr\u00e4ningspass! <\/p>\n<p>Jag b\u00f6rjade med att k\u00f6ra p\u00e5 l\u00f6parbandet i sm\u00e5 intervaller, sprang f\u00f6rst och sedan gick jag en minut och sedan sprang jag igen och tillsist gick jag en minut igen, det h\u00f6ll p\u00e5 i runt 10-15 minuter. Blev riktigt varm i kroppen! Sen k\u00f6rde jag bara n\u00e5gra ben\u00f6vningar och en arm\u00f6vning.
