Riktigt roligt faktiskt, ni borde testa att l\u00e4gga ett s\u00e5dant m\u00e5l ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att man ska jogga en viss tid. Detta \u00e4r mycket roligare. Jag v\u00e4rmde f\u00f6rst upp p\u00e5 en crosstrainer i runt 15 minuter p\u00e5 niv\u00e5 2. Blev riktigt varm i kroppen! Sen gick jag \u00f6ver till l\u00f6parbandet och k\u00f6rde 2.05 km p\u00e5 10 minuter. Riktigt sk\u00f6nt! Sen k\u00f6rde jag lite ben med vikter och avslutade med lite pilates! <\/p>\n<p>I morgon ska jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka k\u00f6ra 2 kilometer p\u00e5 mindre tid!
