Hoppas verkligen att ni kommer tycka om den, den h\u00e5ller p\u00e5 att ladda upp nu, as we speak. <\/p>\n<p>Gymmet gick riktigt bra, k\u00f6rde mest ben. Dock lite mage ocks\u00e5. B\u00f6rjade med att jogga 20 minuter, sen k\u00f6rde jag en \u00f6vning med vikter f\u00f6r benen 10&#215;3, med 50-60 kg (tror jag). Gjorde en mag\u00f6vning efter det.
