Var som sagt d\u00e4r med Syrran och hennes pojkv\u00e4n, samt jag och min pojkv\u00e4n. Cissi som \u00e4r min syster \u00e4r 15 och Stefan hennes kille \u00e4r 17. <\/p>\n<p>Jag b\u00f6rjade med att jogga 10 minuter p\u00e5 l\u00f6parbandet. Sen k\u00f6rde jag trapp maskinen, som \u00e4r typ min favorit, i 30 minuter. Svetten rann verkligen! Sen k\u00f6rde jag n\u00e5gra andra ben \u00f6vningar och gick sedan ner till dom andra f\u00f6r att forts\u00e4tta att tr\u00e4na ben med st\u00e5ng. Sen gick jag och syrran iv\u00e4g f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rst k\u00f6ra mage och sen armar!
