Idag vaknade jag upp med en\u00a0tr\u00e4ningsverk i min rumpa;) haha. Den d\u00e4r trappmaskinen p\u00e5 gymet som\u00a0jag anv\u00e4nde i 30 min ig\u00e5r \u00e4r riktigt bra. Den \u00e4r rolig och l\u00e4tt att\u00a0anv\u00e4nda. Jag brukar b\u00f6rja p\u00e5 att k\u00f6ra p\u00e5 lvl 6 och sedan p\u00e5 10-11 i\u00a0slutet. Svetten rann verkligen. I love it \ud83d\ude09 M\u00e5ste dock k\u00f6pa nytt\u00a0gymkort nu.<\/p>\n<p>Funderar p\u00e5 att ta n\u00e5got yoga pass ocks\u00e5, p\u00e5\u00a0f\u00f6rmiddagen eller s\u00e5. Kanske k\u00f6r ett p\u00e5 m\u00e5ndag! Har gjort yoga\u00a0f\u00f6rut, \u00e4r dock mer av ett pilates fan.
