Till detta gjorde vi s\u00f6tpotatis pommes ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r vanliga potatis. Under senaste m\u00e5naden har jag f\u00e5tt dille p\u00e5 s\u00f6tpotatis, vill \u00e4ta det till allt!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Moules mariniere<br \/>\n2 portioner<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>1 n\u00e4t bl\u00e5musslor, ca 1 kilo<br \/>\n1\/2 flaska torrt vitt vin &#8211; det vi anv\u00e4nde finns p\u00e5 bild ovan<br \/>\n1 burk kokosgr\u00e4dde 400 ml<br \/>\n2 st charlottenl\u00f6kar<br \/>\n3 st vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<br \/>\n1 msk kokosolja utan smak<br \/>\n1 stor n\u00e4ve f\u00e4rsk persilja<br \/>\nSalt &amp; peppar<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>1. G\u00f6r rent bl\u00e5musslorna noga under rinnande vatten. De musslor som \u00e4r \u00f6ppna knackar du f\u00f6rsiktigt mot diskb\u00e4nken, de som inte st\u00e4nger sig kastar du.<\/p>\n<p>2. Fr\u00e4s den finhackade vitl\u00f6ken och charlottenl\u00f6ken i kokosoljan, anv\u00e4nd en stor kastrull eller gryta.<\/p>\n<p>3. L\u00e4gg i musslorna och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver vinet och kokosgr\u00e4dden. Salta och peppra.<\/p>\n<p>4. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 locket och koka upp och l\u00e5t de koka i 2 &#8211; 3 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>5. Lyft ut musslorna och l\u00e4gg de i djupa tallrikar eller sk\u00e5lar. L\u00e5t soppan ligga kvar och koka den ytterligare n\u00e5gra minuter.<\/p>\n<p>6. H\u00e4ll soppan \u00f6ver musslorna och garnera med den f\u00e4rska persiljan.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Sweet potato fries<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><em>2 portioner<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 stora s\u00f6tpotatisar<br \/>\n1 n\u00e4ve f\u00e4rsk persilja<br \/>\nOlivolja<br \/>\nFlingsalt<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Skala och sk\u00e4r s\u00f6tpotatisen i stavar.<\/p>\n<p>2. L\u00e4gg stavarna i en bunke och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver olivolja samt flingsalt. Blanda om stavarna ordentligt s\u00e5 att de t\u00e4cks av olivoljan.<\/p>\n<p>3. L\u00e4gg den oljade s\u00f6tpotatisen p\u00e5 en l\u00e5ngpanna t\u00e4ckt med bakpl\u00e5tspapper. Se till att de ligger utspridda p\u00e5 pl\u00e5ten f\u00f6r en krispigare effekt.<\/p>\n<p>4. Gr\u00e4dda i mitten av ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader i 25 &#8211; 35 minuter. Tiden kan variera beroende p\u00e5 hur tjocka stavarana \u00e4r samt hur krispiga du \u00f6nskar dem.<\/p>\n<p>5.
