Att baka enligt paleo \u00e4r inte sv\u00e5rare \u00e4n att baka en vanlig sockerkaka. Det blir otroligt gott och \u00e4r nyttigt. I helgen bakade jag min favorit, Paleo protein bar samt ett nytt recept p\u00e5 morotsmuffins. B\u00e5da \u00e4r perfekta som mellanm\u00e5l, till fikat ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r socker eller efter tr\u00e4ning f\u00f6r \u00e5terh\u00e4mtning.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>PALEO BARS<br \/>\n<em>10 st<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 dl pumpafr\u00f6n<br \/>\n1 dl kokosflingor<br \/>\n1 dl valfria n\u00f6tter, jag brukar anv\u00e4nda hasseln\u00f6t<br \/>\n1 dl kakao<br \/>\n1\/2 dl chiafr\u00f6n<br \/>\n1\/2 dl hampafr\u00f6n<br \/>\n1 banan<br \/>\n3 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n3 msk kokosolja<br \/>\n4 msk honung<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 . S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader Mixa alla ingredienser i en blender alternativt en matberedare.<\/p>\n<p>2. Kl\u00e4 en form med bakpl\u00e5tspapper, du kan anv\u00e4nda en springform eller l\u00e5ngform. Jag f\u00f6redrar l\u00e5ngform d\u00e5 blir kakan tjockare och \u00a0\u00e4r l\u00e4ttare att sk\u00e4ra i fina bitar. H\u00e4ll i smeten.<\/p>\n<p>3. Gr\u00e4dda i mittre delen av ugnen i 20 &#8211; 30 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>4. L\u00e5t kakan svalna n\u00e5got och sk\u00e4r sedan 10 stycken bitar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MOROTSMUFFINS AIP<br \/>\n<em>Autoimmun Paleo<br \/>\n<\/em><\/strong><em><strong>8 &#8211; 12 st<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>5 msk kokosn\u00f6tsmj\u00f6l<br \/>\n1 tsk kanel<br \/>\n4 msk arrowrot<br \/>\n1\/2 tsk vaniljpulver<br \/>\n1\/2 tsk mald kryddnejlika<br \/>\n1\/2 tsk bikarbonat<br \/>\n1\/2 tsk salt<br \/>\n3 bananer<br \/>\n2 stora mor\u00f6tter<br \/>\n4 msk sockerfri \u00e4ppelmos<br \/>\n5 msk kokosolja<br \/>\n1 msk gelatin<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<br \/>\n<\/em><\/strong>1. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader. Blanda de torra ingredienserna i en sk\u00e5l.<\/p>\n<p>2. Mosa bananen i en ny sk\u00e5l tillsammans med \u00e4ppelmos och sm\u00e4lt kokosolja. Vispa med en elvisp till en j\u00e4mn smet.<\/p>\n<p>3. Ta en liten kastrull och s\u00e4tt p\u00e5 en kall platta. H\u00e4ll i 4 msk kallt vatten och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver 1 msk gelatin. L\u00e5t st\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>4. \u00a0Skala och riv mor\u00f6tterna och blanda i dem med de torra ingredienserna.<\/p>\n<p>5. S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 plattan till kastrullen med gelatinet p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme.<\/p>\n<p>6. Blanda ihop de tv\u00e5 smeterna med varandra, banansmeten och morotssmeten.<\/p>\n<p>7. R\u00f6r om gelatinet och n\u00e4r det \u00e4r helt sm\u00e4lt tar du av kastrullen fr\u00e5n plattan och vispar kraftigt med handvisp tills det blir ett skum.<\/p>\n<p>8. Blanda ner gelatinskummet i smeten.<\/p>\n<p>9. F\u00f6rdela smeten i 12 sm\u00e5 muffinsformar eller 8 st\u00f6rre<\/p>\n<p>10.
