Scams?

Här är bara två möjliga blåsningsförsök jag råkade ut för i min jakt på 2:a hands kontrakt. Vad tror ni? Äkta eller bedragare?

Jag har inte kunnat svara på mailen har varit upptagen.
Lägenheten finns kvar.
Jag skickar info som ni kan läsa.
Jag är inte i stockholm jobbar nere i skåne men kommer åka upp i feb.
En handpenning på 4000 kr skickas till mitt konto om jag ska hålla den tills jag kommer upp eller för att åka upp.
Vill gärna ha lite uppgifter som ja kan kolla upp också.
