Om ni funderar över vad ni ska köpa för vin till helgens ostbricka eller skaldjur/fisk kan jag varmt rekommendera Nya Zeeländska MATUA Organic Sauvignon Blanc 2015 (13,5%). Det är inte så ofta jag dricker vin från Nya Zeeland men detta prisvärda vin har en frisk och fräsch ton och faller antagligen de som gillar Chablis i smaken! Jag personligen älskar den krispiga smaken som är en palett av fläder, krusbärs, passionsfrukt och citrus. Det är få viner som klarar av citrus och krusbär utan att bli för syrliga (i min smak) men detta är ett bra exempel. Denna årgång ska tydligen dofta tropiska frukter och torkade örter men min näsa är nog inte den bästa just nu, med all pollen osv. Druvorna kommer från regionen Marlborough på sydön.
Förutom skaldjur och ost tycker jag att det går utmärkt till en sallad eller bara som det är i TV-soffan. Nu åker jag till Stockholm för lite skaldjur på Wasahof! Ha en underbar helg!
