minimum 30 min jogging

Tired after workout. I go to the gym every day, minimum 30 min jogging, if I don’t push myself I would gain SO much weight with all the mixers i drink and the junk food that is to assessable in this city.

Past summer me and mom cycled “Siljan Runt”, its a bicycle race in Sweden. Its always easier to exercise when you have a goal. Im thinking of either NY marathon or Empire State run up. What do you guys think?
