Upplägget såg ut som följande: 10set Frontböj, 10set raka marklyft, 10set sumomark, 3set step up på bänk med hantlar, triset sumomark,jumplunges,knäböj på bosöboll. Benen är lagomt möra nu. Då fyller vi på med lite sushi 🙂
