Just came back home after our 2 day trip to Chicago and Gary, Indiana. Im not gonna go into too much right now because its 2 in the morning but I want to tell three storys that happened.
We stayed in Gary Indiana again where Tommys mom lives. Not the best neighboorhood in the world, but always so nice to see my mother in law and exactly where she lives its consider a little better.
Day one: we take all 3 dogs ( Razmus, Busch and Mimi, all chihuahuas) for a short walk, going towars the nicer houses in the area. Almost home and we are both looking at a nice cadillac car in a drive way. Right when we are on the drive way walking by, a huge female rottweiler comes running out from the garage that are open. Tommy swops up Mimi that he is walking, I have Razmus and Busch and im closer to the dog and right outside the driveway then Tommy, so I have no chance of picking them up. I lift them up in the leash and there harnesses as high up in the air as i can and running around in a circle while the dog is jumping up trying to get to them while Razmus and Busch are swinging in the air. Razmus falls out from his harness falling on the ground. The rottweiler tryes to get toward him I lift up my leg to block her and push her back, while I still have to protect Busch. Then I scream ”HEY” really loud and the dog backs up and the owner finally comes out and screams at his dog to stop. I run and pick up Razmus sitting lose on the road and of course I have already picked up Busch at this time. The owner says he is sorry and says if my dogs are females his dog wont hurt them etc etc. Well our dogs are male, so that wont help us. We hurry home as fast as we can.

The Rottweiler has a muscular, massive, powerful body. The head is broad with a rounded forehead. The muzzle is well-developed. The teeth meet in a scissors bite. The wide nose is black. The lips are black and inside the mouth dark.
Day 2: We decided to Just go and take a super short walk with the dogs to make them poop, since Busch wont go in the backyard. We Go down the block and are about to turn around and go back again, when I hear Tommy scream: PICK UP THE DOGS, PICK UP THE DOGS, I look to my right and here comes a huge male pittbull galopping towards us with kill in his eyes. I throw myself on the ground and picks up the dogs. I scream out and the dog slows down a little but still coming towars us. At this point I was ready to die to fight this dog. Tommy is looking for a stick to have something to protect us with and then he screams, GET BACK in a really loud voice. The dog stopps and looks towards his home and at that point we slowly but surely start going back towards our home. The dog is now sniffing on the ground and are not realizing that we are leaving and I dont think he is realizing that we are holding the dogs in our arms either because I had my back towards him so he wouldnt see them. When the dog is out of sight we hurry home in big stepps, not to ever take the dogs out for any more walks in Gary IN.

Not that I have anything against Pittbulls and Rottweilers, but when you know you are in a bad area where the owners raise there dogs to kill and protect, and they are loose and I have 3 small chihuahuas you cant be nothing but scared.

Day 2 evening: Im out in the backyard letting the dogs out trying to make them poop here before we are about to leave. I hear some people screaming and fighting in the park close to the house. All of a sudden a gunshot goes off and people are getting more loud. Me now hurrying to get the dogs inside quickly and running in the house. After that we stayed in the house until it was time to leave. I have no idea what happened to that situation, more then that someone was shooting right next to us.
I Thank god that everything worked out good and noone got hurt and that we now back in Tennesee, and that its now only 5 more days before I go back home to LA and to Razberry that we miss so much.
Good Night people!
