Happy M Kitchen är en livsstilsrestaurang som erbjuder Natural Clean Food som man mår bra av. Mat och välbefinnande hänger ihop och de vill inspirera så många som möjligt att äta riktigt bra på ett lustfyllt sätt. Restaurangen är hjärtat i verksamheten. Här lagas all mat – även den som hämtas i deras Good to Go-avdelning av privatpersoner, företag och organisationer.

Happy M Kitchen tar intryck av Kaliforniens lifestyle-restauranger och plockar upp influenser från Japan och Medelhavsländerna. Menyn innehåller grönsaker i alla dess former, fisk, skaldjur, fullkorn och annat som både smakar och gör gott. Så mycket som möjligt är ekologiskt. Här finns noggrant utvalda eko- och naturviner, öl och andra drycker. De erbjuder lunch, middag, fika, snacks och kallpressade, ekologiska juicer som de varsamt gör för hand.

Marie Butler, som äger Happy M Kitchen, har en passion för mat och välbefinnande. I mer än 30 år har hon fångat upp trender och studerat sambanden mellan det vi äter och hur vi mår, i teori och praktik. Marie har erfarenhet av mat och hälsa från olika verksamheter i Sverige, Italien, England och Skottland. Maries vision med den nya livsstilsrestaurangen är att hon vill inspirera till förändring och verkligen göra skillnad i ett större sammanhang. Ambitionen är att sätta en ny mat- och hälsotrend i Sverige! Hurra !!!

Jag kan med glädje säga att Nordic Superfood och Happy M Kitchen, har ingått ett samarbete, där vi snart kommer lancera en mycket spännande nyhet!
