Mental hälsa – vad betyder det egentligen? Det är väldigt mycket fokus på psykisk ohälsa just nu, men vet du hur det påverkar din kropp och hälsa? När jag föreläser om Holistisk Energi, eller behandlar kunder med akupunktur, så det just detta – tanken, som oftast är roten till allt ont! För ALLT (förutom sinusknutan i hjärtat och blinkreflexerna) startar ju med en tanke. Allt kommer sedan som en blixtsnabb reaktion, oftast helt utan att vi hinner ”tänka tanken”.

Vår kropp är en produkt av våra tankar, för innan Rawfood dieten, Yoga passet, Gröna smoothien, Detox gympan och allt annat vi håller på med i ett försök att bli kvickare, sundare, yngre och hälsosammare – så kom TANKEN! Tanken om att ”nu minsann skall det ändras på de dåliga vanorna och nu släpar jag mig i väg till gymmet i januari”! Speciellt nu i dessa dagar, då året som gått, verkligen dissekeras och analyseras. Vad gjorde jag för fel? Vad borde jag gjort och vad skall jag ändra på i 2015?
Men problemet är inte intentionerna, de är som oftast väldigt skarpa och målmedvetna! Vi VET vad vi vill, hur vi vill se ut och må och vad som bör göras! Vi är en hel generation av överpresterande stressjunkies med ständigt dåligt samvete med full koll på allt!
Problemet är bara att de tankar (och de reaktionsmönster som de föder) som man förtränger, de känslor man inte orkar deala med, den offerkofta man lullat in sig i – har mycket större makt över din hälsa än alla ”#Bikramyoga #Crossfit #Chiafrullemedgrönkål i världen kan ge dig…
Jag pratar av egen erfarenhet, både som (TCM) kinesisk akupunktör, som medmänniska och även som medberoende, att det ända som verkligen fungerar för få ett hälsosamt liv är att ta ANSVAR – på riktigt!
Vad har detta med hälsa att göra? kanske du tänker, och skall detta bli årets längsta blogginlägg? Yepp! För det är så viktigt att förstå och jag kämpar varje dag och övar mig på detta…
OK, ALLT som du tänker på påverkar, enligt kinesisk medicin, din kropp och dina energibanor dvs. ALLA dina organ och deras funktion.
Därför kallar man behandlingar från östen för ”Holistisk” – läran om att kropp och psyke hänger ihop och påverkar varandra.
Alla organ påverkas av olika känslor och får de lov att ”leva ut” i kroppen, så skapas det obalans som sedan kan leda till sjukdomar. Kroppen är expert på att skvallra när det kommer till känslor och tankar, frågan är bara om DU lyssnar???? Och om du hör något, tar du i så fall ansvar för att ändra på det?
Vanans makt sägs kunna brytas på 21 dagar, vilket är väldigt kort tid, om du har intalat sig själv, alla möjliga anledningar till varför inte du; hittar kärleken, inte kan gå ner i vikt, aldrig hinner träna eller krama dina barn… varje dag i 15 år! Men det går att ändra sina tankemönster och bearbeta känslor som gör ont – man måste bara våga ta ansvar för att de finns! Först då kan man jobba med dem:-)
Visst vet du, att du kan rodna, få ont i magen, bli svettig etc. av jobbiga tankar och känslor? Men inuti finns organ som påverkas ännu djupare och deras reaktioner kan inte ses på ytan direkt…men kommer långsamt som symtomer.
Levern t.e.x påverkas av frustrationer och vrede, vilket kan ge spänningshuvudvärk, spända käkar, ont i muskler och oklart syn. Lungorna däremot, tar stryk av sorg som inte bearbetats, som kan ge upphov alla slags lungproblem som astma, hosta och lungvägsproblem… and so on…
Detta är bara ett litet skrap på ytan av vad jag försöker säga och nu när ni kommer till Nyårs afton, så är det bara en sak du nu bör lova dig själv! Ta ansvar för din mentala hälsa 🙂 och det är att;
– Tänka och arbeta på din inställning till livet och hur du hanterar och tar ansvar för dina känslor.
– Kom ihåg att alla tankar och känslor påverkar din kropp! Din kropp kommer tacka dig.

Anekdot: Förr i tiden i Kina, så gick man till sin läkare ”akupunktören”, varje gång årstiderna skiftade och han styrkte kroppens immunförsvar, så att man inte skulle bli sjuk. Det tändes en varnande röd lampa utanför hans dörr om någon patient ändå råkat bli sjuk. Man tog ett ansvar för sin hälsa i och med att man försökte vara preventiv med akupunktur, att äta rätt och göra motion var dag ( Qigong) och helheten är det enda sättet att behålla hälsan på.

Kroppen kan oftast läka sig själv om den är i balans…Mentalt & psykiskt
