Sommarträning på Marstrand – sy ihop ditt eget sommarretreat!

Om någon av er goa läsare har vägarna förbi västkusten i sommar – så kanske ni vill komma och hälsa på mig på min Sommarträning på Marstrand! Jag har även sommar spa klinik NORDIC BEAUTY CLINIC och NORDIC SUPERFOOD hälsobar.

Jag kommer även att få besök av massor av gästlärare, så som Blossom Tainton, Atle Hoff ( dansare från Hollywood), Maria Cerboni – SUPyogalärare, Oscar Ohlsson – en av Sveriges främsta trialet, Stina Albihn, som kör Boot camp och Atletyoga!

Så nu kan ni göra ett helt eget sommarretreat, och ta de klasser man vill, äta nyttig mat, njuta av salta bad, ta en massage, gå härlig promenad runt ön eller slappa på en solvarm klippa!

Från och med den 9 juli kommer vi även köra AFTER BEACH CLUB om torsdagarna – där jag kommer at sjunga tillsammans med superduktiga gitarrist/sångare Peter Auki.

    to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the expenses.
    But he’s tryiong none the less. I’ve been using Movable-type on numerous websites for about a year and am nervous about switching to another platform.
    I have heard excellent things about blogengine.net.
    Is there a way I can import all my wordpress content into it?
    Any help would be greatly appreciated!
