Nu har jag dragit igång sommarträningen på Marstrand! Redan nästa vecka kommer de första gästlärarna och gästkock!
Lördag 11 & Söndag 12 Juli gästas ”Sommarträningen på Marstrand” av Sveriges främsta P.T tränare Blossom och Kevin Tainton. Kevin tränar superstjärnor som Avicii och Swedish House Maffia och Blossom är Sveriges mest älskade träningsprofil, som jag gör många events med:-)
Tillsammans har de med sig Mästerkocken från TV 4 – Makriz Talhaoui, som lagar maroccansk lunch på lördagen och signerar sin nya kokbok!
Program:
09.00 – 10.15 Yoga med Blossom
10.30 – 11.30 Crossfit med Kevin
12.00 – 13.00 Lunch med Markiz – 140 kr. ej inkl.
16.00 – 17.00 Afropuls med styrka & dans med Blossom
17.30 – 18.30 Streetdance med Kevin
Samma tider lördag & söndag – 1.500,00 SEK för hela helgen.
