Asiatisk sallad med misodressing
4 port
1/4 huvud vitkål
1/2 gurka
2 morötter
ca 8 färska champinjoner
2 avokados
1/2 dl sesamfrön
1 dl salta jordnötter
1 ark nori (sjögräs)
1 kruka koriander
Misodressing:
1 msk misopasta
2 msk jordnötsolja
2 msk risvinsvinäger
1 msk fisksås
1 tsk sesamolja
Strimla grönsakerna fint och lägg i varsin skål. Skär svampen i tunna skivor och dela avokadon i bitar. Klipp noriarken i 4 delar och klipp i tunna strimlor. Blanda ingredienserna till dressingen väl. Lägg fram alla skålar och blanda själv.
