I slutet av maj, sådär innan juli och när sommaren börjar, ordnar min väninna Charlotta en helt fantastisk resa till Aix-en-Provence. Känner du dig utmattad, vill tanka positiv energi och hitta tillbaka till dig själv så är denna resa helt rätt.
Vi åker till den gamla kulturstaden som sedan romarrikets tid varit populär för sina termalbad och springbrunnar, för sitt gynnsamma vinodlingsklimat och tilltalande ljus för konstnärsögon. En perfekt plats för avkoppling och återhämtning, för inspiration, fantastiska matupplevelser, museibesök, kaféer, shopping bland exklusiva modehus i en välbevarad miljö på ringlande gator i historiska kvarter. Provence är även känt för sina ljuva dofter. Lavender, mimosa och kryddväxter.
Temat är ”Våga vara vacker och välbalanserad”. Vi kommer att få lära oss mer om sund mat med Anna Halén. Få en workshop i aromaterapi och yoga, lite stylingtips och vad man kan göra för att få ett naturligt utseende.
