Sedan min resa till Korea så har jag hittat sommarens läskande drink utan alkohol och som passar utmärkt att ersätta med alkoholdrycker. Jag saknade en dryck som smakar gott, inte är äckligt söt som all läsk brukar vara och passar utmärkt till mat som fisk, kött, sallad mm.
Drycken är en blandning av bärsaft och riskvinsvinäger som är supernyttigt. Dessutom blir drinken lite syrlig, likt alkohol som harmonierar bra med mat. Det har alltid alltid retat mig att när man vill äta god mat på restaurang så kan deras sommelier bara rekommendera goda viner till rätterna men aldrig något eget komponerat, lite syrligt.
