Efter 2 tränings tillfällen på 3 dagar med min PT Viktor är jag helt utpumpad! Idag skulle vi köra 3e passet men jag orkade knappt lyfta 1 killos vikter. Fick istället ut och gå och nu blir det paus till på måndag! Tycker jag har förtjänat det
