Pause the Time?
Where dose time go? Is it a age thing? One of the most universal changes is that as we age, we change the way we feel about time. At least my time are going way to fast!
Scientists have theories, of course, and one of them is that when you experience something for the very first time, more details, more information gets stored in your memory. Think about your first kiss.
Today’s Question is
Is it possible to pause time If you challenge yourself to do or learn something new everyday?
World Class
I feel it in my body, I feel it in my toes after un hour with my Personal Trainer Viktor Back at World Class. Now it’s so much harder to cheat with weights. 1 out of 3 times this week is done, if you see me crawling on the floor this Friday then you know why.
Bullar och Spa
Bakat Bullar anmält intresse på World Class och tagit massage vad mer kan man begära av en söndag? Man vet att man börjar bli gammal, när man är trött 2 dagar efter utgång. Nu blir det andra bullar! Träningsverket börjar lägga sig, så jag är redo för en ny hälsosammare vecka och köra igång igen med min PT Viktor. Den här veckan har vi 3 st pass. Känner mig mycket taggadd …..

Äntligen kommit igång igen
Älskar Stockholm när det är så här varmt, soligt och skönt. Tänk om vi skulle ha det så här året om, Sverige skulle ju vara världens bästa land. Jag har svårt att gå in på gymmet när det är så fint väder ute då blir Djurgården perfekt för power walk. Körde den långa rundan känns bra att komma igång igen

Patrik came over from Sweden to Australia for 3 days Again! Just 70hours return flight! Last time this guy was here he stayed for 48 hours Does Patrik get to rest? Noo up 8.00 for a 10 km run! Who said you can’t do weekend in Australia!

Yesterday I got a huge box of chocolate from Cher and Matt. First i took one and then another-one and then I had them all, so greedy 😉 Today I will have to run around the World to burn it off. Today’s lesson leave the chocolate alone!
I’m an Idiot
I have worked on a presentation for 3 days and my computer crashes, 2 days of work is gone! I am ready to kill my self, I was almost finished 🙁 boohoo. Ok so today’s wisdom SAVE and backup frequently or you may loose it!
