ComHem är ett stort bolag med väldigt många kunder i detta land och de säljer internet till lägenheter med hastigheter på upp till 1 Gbit/sekund. Men när man skickar det vidare genom WiFi till sin dator så tappar man väldigt mycket av den hastigheten. ComHem skapade därför ett forum där kunder kan hjälpa varandra att besvara frågor om just WiFi. Hur ska man få det att funka? Vilken router är bäst? och mycket mer.
Det är inte ComHem som svarar på frågorna utan detta forum ska vara baserat på att ni hjälper varandra, men i bland kommer deras experter in och svarar på vissa frågor.
Jag tycker det verkar vara en bra grej om alla håller en god ton. Av erfarenhet så brukar ”förstå-sig-påare” (troll) dyka upp och dumförklara folk som inte riktigt förstår. Jag hoppas innerligt att folk ska känna sig fria att ställa vilka frågor som helst, även de enklaste, för det är dem som behöver det mest.
