Måns åkte nyss in till stan för att inhandla bubbel och byta en klänning till mig i Sturegallerian och jag ska hoppa in i duschen och testa min nya hårinpackning från Kerastase.

Tänkte säga några sista viktiga saker detta året som man kan ha i åtanke inför nästa.
Vi misstar oss ofta genom att tro att vi har den absoluta sanningen. Rationella forskare har blivit vår tids version av de ”allvetande” och vidskepliga prästerna som sades sitta inne med all kunskap på 1500-talet.

Poliserna och regeringarna har utvecklat ny metoder mot brottsbekämpning. Men känner vi oss tryggare?
Vad är fel? Varför begår så många unga självmord?
I Sverige är självmord den vanligaste dödsorsaken för personer mellan 15 och 44 år.
På nyårsdagen inträffar tre gånger så många självmord än vanligt bland unga människor, under 26.
Den positivistiska och reduktionella forskningen, den som bedrivits hittills, har inte gett några svar på livets viktigaste frågor. Varför är vi här, hur kom vi hit och vad är meningen med livet.
Jag tror att vi nu står inför en ny era, där nya värderingar och forskningsfält kan växa fram.
Den viktigaste insikterna 2009:
Vi äger inte jorden. Vi är här som hyresgäster, precis som alla djur och andra levande varelser. Vi äger inte heller dem.
Vi styr själva våra egna liv. Vi skapar själva händelser och är inte offer i något slumpartat lotteri. Om vi inte kan påverka utgången själva kan vi alltid påverka följderna av utgången genom våra reaktioner och tankar.
Genom hur vi tänker och agerar väljer vi SJÄLVA vilken bild andra har av oss. Och hur DE tänker (om oss) och agerar (mot oss).
Vi är inte är några hjälplösa offer. Och vi måste sluta betrakta oss själva som det. Tjejer brukar vara extra grymma på just det annars.
