Jag har vilodag idag från träningen men lääängtar till morgondagens pass. Axlar och baksida lår. Jaaaaaaa vad kul det ska bli.
Imorse gjorde jag en egen smoothie gjord på 30gr proteinpulver (jordgubbssmak), frysta bär, 100gr lättkesella och vatten. Prova. Den blev superkrämig och god.
