Fick frågan häromdagen och får samma fråga väldigt ofta via mail hur MAN ska träna?
På bloggar ser jag vardagligen (ursäkta valet av ord) amatör-bloggare skriva om träning och upplägg. Hur ”MAN” ska träna. Några lägger korrekt till texten att ”såhär tränar JAG och upplägger är anpassat efter MIG” men många verkar tro att ett upplägg är optimalt för alla ?
Självklart kan man anpassa ett densitetsupplägg eller ett volymupplägg efter personens i frågas behov och fokus. Men vissa människor ska exempelvis undvika vissa upplägg pga skada, asymmetri, rörlighetinskränktning etc. Det är ganska sällsynt att en individ inte har en enda sak som sticker ut dvs något de måste ta hänsyn eller arbeta/fokusera på.
Därför är det jätteviktigt att man skräddarsyr sin träning efter sina behov och förutsättningar.
Därför rekommenderar jag de som ej har tillräcklig kunskap att få till någon med kunskap och göra exempelvis hållnings, rörlighets analys och sedan få ett anpassat träningsschema.
Jag skulle aldrig kommentera någons teknik eller övningar på gymmet. Brukar tänka att det alltid finns en anledning till varför just den personen kör som han/hon gör. Kanske är det sportspecifikt. Kanske är det rehab. En basövning kan alltså vara justerad för att passa någon individuellt.
Idag blev det rygg för mig i gymmet.
