Idag var det fullt drag på Stenugnsbaden, där man arrangerade Bootcamp Challenge tillsammans med Military Fitness. 5 km med över 100 hinder! Banan slingrade sig genom skog, sand och med galna förhindringar! Såg sjukt hårt ut, men de flesta var grymt glada och mycket sandiga!
Stenugnsbaden kommer att satsa på mitt bastukoncept, Saunachill, och andra spännande nyheter, som jag kommer ta fram till dem i vår och utbildningen börjar på måndag!
De har även tagit in mina Nordic Superfood produkter, så vi var naturligtvis på plats för att ge smakprov, till de duktiga tävlande!
I framtiden kommer vi se en ny härlig profil hos Blue Water Spa – det blir ett sport spa att räkna med! Ett härligt västkustläge, med salta bad och bastuflotte, ribbåtar, skogsrundor och stort nytt restaurang koncept!
