Jeg synes disse ord var en ganske fin metafor for yoga, og hvorfor mere end
33 mio mennesker jorden rundt siges at praktiskere yoga dagligt. Og i dette tal, er
børn sågar ikke medregnet.
Forårets kommen med mere lys, fuglekvidder og kurtiseren, blomster og grønne
knopper, vidner om mere energi, håb og aktivitet. 3 måneder til Skt. Hans –
der er fulde af potens og muligheder for at støve af, smide ud (til genbrug),
rydde op, plante frø og starte en god vane.
Det tager 40 dage at etablere nye spor i hjernen, blive uhensigtsmæssige vaner kvit,
eller i hvertfald blive bevidst om dem og etablere nye og sunde vaner der varer ved.
Uanset, hvilke omstændigheder du står i, i dit liv lige nu, kan yoga være med til at
give håb, ro, styrke, balance og bevidsthed. Men som alt andet, skal du gøre det,
for at det virker.
Heldigvis har yoga det med at virke hurtigt, fordi det favner hele mennesket, og virker
både mentalt, følelsesmæssigt og fysisk på samme tid.
