Igår kom Lena Jolton förbi och hälsade på hos oss på SkinPlan Institutet. Mötet var planerat för en timma men varade i tre. Vilken otroligt intressant och vacker kvinna.
Allt detta kom ju aldrig fram i Svenska Hollywoodfruar, hur naturligt vacker hon är, ingen make-up och klok, intressant…Jag skulle ha tagit en bild så ni fick se.
Vi pratade naturligtvis mycket om hudvård, näring, sunt leverne och allt som bidrar till att man mår och känner sig bra.
Lenas kommer från Halmstad och hennes farmor blev 93 år gammal och såg alltid fantastisk ut, inte en enda rynka hade hon.
I Los Angeles träffade Lena en dag den kände hudläkaren Dr. Perricone. Han förklarade att man kan påverka sitt utseende av att äta rätt mat och leva sunt. Lax, sa han var utmärkt för det innehåller DMAE, astaxanthin och viktiga fettsyror som ökar hudens lyster och gör den len och jämn.
Flera år senare när Lena var och hälsade på i sin hemstad Hamlstad så såg körde hon förbi en stor skylt av trä men inbrända bokstäver där det stod Halmstad samt en stor lax bredvid! Aha, tänkte Lena, det här är laxstaden, man äter mycket lax och därför förblev min farmor så fin och vacker i alla sina år som Dr. Perricone sa.
Jag vet själv från publicerade studier och egna tester på SkinPlan att 2 matskedar linfröolja om dagen gör huden starkare och bidrar med fukt då sebumproduktionen ökar.
