Jag får allt oftare emails från ledsna och förtvivlade personer som fått dåliga fillerbehandingar. Vad är då en dålig behandling?
När resultatet blir fel så att det inte ser bra och naturligt ut.
Jag ber personerna först att alltid gå tillbaka till den som gjorde behandingen och förklara vad dom inte tycker om. En bra behandlare lyssnar och korrigerar.
Man ska helst undvika att gå till någon annan för korrigering då dom sällan har en överblick på vad som gjordes innan. Det krävs i så fall att du får med dig patient journalen där det står exakt vilket material som användes, hur mycket och var det injicerades.
Be alltid att få med LOT märket som tillhör den filler du blir behandlad med. Då vet du alltid själv exakt vilket märke det var och kan kontakta leverantören och höra dig för om det är en originalprodukt eller kopia.
Restylane råkade nyligen ut för kopior på den svenska marknaden. Då gick Läkemedelsverket in och satt upp en varning på sin hemsida.
