Vi skall inte begränsa den seriösa verksamhet som idag utförs av leg. sjukvårdspersonal, utan den, som vi anser, oreglerade verksamhet med ínjektionsbehandlingar som utförs av Socialstyrelsen icke legitimerade personer som t.ex. köper fillers på internet och utbildar sig via You-tube videos. Denna verksamhet måste stoppas av myndigheterna!

Det är helt OK att sälja till en klinik som har en leg. Läkare som är medicinskt ansvarig. Där kan tex tandläkare, sjuksköterskor och undersköterskor arbeta med fillerinjektioner. Det är läkaren som är medicinskt ansvarig och som idag bestämmer vem i personalen som gör behandlingarna.
Sen får vi se vad Socialdepartementet bestämmer.
Jag hyr ut en klinik till läkare med medicinskt ansvar. Hur dessa läkare sen väljer att delegera är då inget jag kan styra.
Även Galderma och Allergan säljer till läkarledda kliniker och blandar sig inte i hur läkarna sedan delegerar. Du förstår kanske varför vi seriösa i branschen vill ha en reglering. Jag driver dessutom en akademi där vi utbildar enbart läkare, tandläkare och sjuksköterskor. Vi utbildar inte undersköterskor eller bioanalytiker. Detta gjorde dock flera ledande fillerföretag förut som tex. Allergan.

Men du varnar hit och ditt. Men i själva verket så säljer du (Martina Richter) själv produkter till hudterapeuter, undersköterskor, bioanalytiker mm som inte har den behörighet som du beskriver i din blogg.
Själv har du anställt en undersköterska på din klinik som utför injektionsbehandlingar.
Du försöker sitta och vara så duktig men gör det som du själv skriver.
Då skulle ni halvera eran försäljning. Detta borde tidningarna få upp ögonen för.
