Det är inte alltid lätt att få upp kvalitén på produkter man tillverkar. Men man ska vara envis och inte ge upp. Just nu är det tillverkningen på solskyddssensorn som ska gå i storproduktion. Tillverkas den manuellt så är kvalitén utmärkt men skall vi göra den i storproduktion så är den mer komplicerad. Vi har nu besökt fabriken och tillbringat tre dagar där för att få det vi vill ha. Man måste ge sig in i tekniska detaljer som är otroligt komplicerade och förstå varför vissa saker inte fungerar.
Visst, det är bra att man alltid lär sig något nytt och kan ge sig in i diskussioner som var otänkbara för ett år sen. Här bifogar jag bilder på problemet.
