Att solen blir svagare märker jag tydligt när jag dagligen mäter med min UV-sensor på vår Sun Controls solskyddsflaska. Har uppfunnit och patenterat världens säkraste metod att mäta solens styrka för att veta hur länge man kan sola utan att bränna sig eller utsätta sig för risken att få hudcancer.
Ska bli kul att se hur långt jag kommer med SKAPAs Utvecklingspris som jag vann med patentet häromdagen för Stockholms län. Faktiskt ganska prestigefullt att få ett sådant pris som bildades till minne av Alfred Nobel.
Börjar förstå först nu att jag tävlat mot tunga forskare i Sverige. Sun Control ska motverka risken till hudcancer i hela världen. Mitt mål är att fortsätta sälja det under varumärket SkinPlan men att också sälja licenser till alla företag som idag säljer solskydd. För visst är det svårt att veta hur länge man kan vara säker i solen med bara solkyddsfaktorn. Knappt någon känner till hur Franz Greiter tänkte när han utvecklade SPF dvs. solskyddsfaktorn. Tanken var att man först skulle sätta sig i solen utan solskydd och med klockan på armen ta tiden när huden började bli bränd.
Med tiden som det tog tills man brände sig så skulle man sen multiplicera den med solskyddsfaktorn. Exempel: du märket att du blev bränd i solen efter 8 minuter. Med solskyddfaktor 10 (8 min. x 10 SPF = 80 min.) så kan du vara 80 minuter med solsyddscremen i solen.
Problemet är bara att solen är olika stark varje dag, under olika tider och ställen. Så det innebär att du måste upprepa proceduren att sitta dig i solen varje dag och ta tiden det tar innan du bränner dig.
Då är ju min metod mycket säkrare och bättre. Tänk er att Europa, Australien och tex USA har skapat en lag att solskyddsfaktorn SPF måste finnas på alla solskyddprodukter. Vore kul om dom kunde ta in min metod istället som är mycket säkrare. Men det kommer nog att ta tid. Först är jag glad att jag fått SKAPA Utvecklingspriset för Stockholms län med 20 000 kr.
