Ah, sommar.. sommar för mig innebär bilsemester. I hela min uppväxt så hade vi husvagn och turnerade runt i Europa på somrarna, det var den bästa tiden i mitt liv. Men att ge sig ut på sommarvägarna kräver lite förarbete. Här kommer några tips.
1. Har du släp, husvagn, packar bilen full? Se till så du har rätt lufttryck i däcken. Med rätt tryck kan du spara pengar på bränsleförbrukningen och slitaget på däcken.
2. Med ekonomisk körning – så kallad EcoDriving – kan du minska bränsleförbrukningen med mellan 10 och 20 procent. Kör på högsta möjliga växel och motorbromsa så ofta det går.
3. Gör en genomgång av bilen. Kolla torkarbladen, fyll på och/eller byt ut vätskorna, städa bilen, kolla alla lampor och ladda upp med bra delar som enkelt byts ut längs vägen.
4. Se till att ha en nödväska (eller en plastback eller vad som passar dig bäst). Där i kan du ha vatten, reflexväst, första-hjälpen, akut lagning till däcken, reservdunk m.m.
5. Se över din försäkring, vad har du rätt till när du vistas i andra länder? Vart ringer du om du får stopp längs vägen?
